It's such a shame that the Third Street Cafe closed down since it was vegetarian and allergen friendly. I'd always drop by for lunch if I were in the neighborhood. One of the waitresses really liked the Batman t-shirts I wear and one day asked where was the best place to buy them online. I told her about the original Batman t shirt site, MoonAtMidnight.com, where I buy not only my t-shirts, but also Batman sweatshirts, hoodies, and work shirts. Not only do they carry lots of Batman designs, but they also carry shirts sporting all of his notable adversaries. And the site is just plain cool looking. Although she couldn't wear a Batman t shirt at work, I did see her wearing a t-shirt one evening at the local movie theater that was showing The Dark Knight Rises. A new cafe rose from the "ashes" of the Third Street Cafe. It was called Stiltskins. But it too is now permanently closed. Bummer. Where is Batman when we need him?
On a lighter note, take a trip back to when the Third Street Cafe was still serving their great food.
